Visit one of the top recreational lakes in the state! Under the authority of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Lake Whitney is a flood control reservoir in the Brazos River basin with a maximum depth of 108 feet, a surface area of more than 23,500 acres, and a shoreline of approximately 225 miles.

You'll find Lake Whitney Marina mid-lake between the dam and mouth of the Brazos River. This deep water area is near the main river channel of the reservoir where we have covered wet slips up to 50', lakefront dry storage, and two boat ramps with different elevations.
