Enjoy the convenience of staying in a cabin or campsite at the closest marina near downtown Whitney, grocery stores, and restaurants; sitting mid-lake between the mouth of the Brazos River and the Lake Whitney Dam; and staying at one of the few marinas on the lake serving the public.

Take advantage of being located in a deep water area and near the main river channel of this 108-ft deep reservoir. This lakefront property features not only direct access to this USACE-controlled reservoir, but also camping, fishing, wet slips, boat ramps, and more on-site!

About the Cabins

All cabins and campsites require an advance reservation and a minimum night stay. Cabins and campsites are assigned at the time of reservation and before your arrive on the property. We do not accept walk-ins at any time, day or night.

All cabins are NO SMOKING.

Cabins are furnished with a charcoal grill, picnic table, pillows and bed linens, air conditioning, heat, color television, local TV stations, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, private bathroom with shower, and more. Refer to this checklist of items you'll need to bring with you.

Cabin rates can vary depending on the day of the week and time of year of your stay. We operate year-round. View the check-in time and check-out time for cabins and campsites.

Campsites and cabins are intended to be used as overnight accommodations and occupied by the individuals with the specific reservation. Campsites and cabins may not be used as day-use facilities for visitors or invitees, or as a place to host meetings, events, or activities.

Each pet must be pre-approved by management before being brought onto the property; restrictions, limitations, and rules apply. Pets must also be pre-approved to either enter or stay in any cabin; a non-refundable fee applies per cabin.

Visitors (invitees) are responsible for registering with the marina immediately upon arrival on the property AND before entering the campground. Visitors are subject to daily fees, which are required. Visitors are permitted on the property from dawn to dusk only; no visitors may stay or park overnight. Valid vehicle tags must also be displayed at all times by both visitors and the marina's registered cabin/campsite guests.

NOTE: Any privileges offered to Lake Whitney Marina's registered cabin/campsite guests, wet slip tenants, or dry storage tenants do NOT transfer, extend, or apply to any other party including visitors or invitees. Regular fees and hours apply to all visitors and invitees for daily entry, parking, shoreline use, indoor fishing, and/or boat ramp access. If you have any questions, please call us.

Fees & Charges

In addition to the base rate for a cabin, other charges and fees may be assessed for the following reasons including, but not limited to:

• early check-in time

• late check-out time

• pets that enter or occupy a cabin

• use or access to particular facilities or amenities on-site (e.g., vessel tie-up in marina)

• campfires left unattended and not fully extinguished

• exterior cleanup and removal of litter or trash around your cabin or parking area, such as cigarette butts, cans, bottle tops, grease, fish scales, bait, wrappers, or pet waste

• removing trash bags left on or around your site

• encroaching, parking, occupying, or using any open area, cabin, campsite, or pedestal not assigned to you and not paid for at check-in

• rule or policy violations (smoking inside cabins, deep cleaning a cabin, trash, litter, etc.)

• day visitors or invitees

• property damages or repairs

• missing items

• exceeding the maximum number of occupants and/or motor vehicles allowed at the cabin
