Reservations

For reservations, current rates, or more information, call the marina. Please have your preferred site numbers, credit card, dates of arrival, and number of people in your party available when you call. Advance reservations are recommended around the holidays.

Guests

Guests staying with Lake Whitney Marina must check in at the ship's store upon arrival. Overnight wet slips and tie-ups are available for a small fee on a first-come, first-serve basis. During the length of your stay, you may launch your boat and fish in the baited barge at no additional charge.

Visitors

Before entering the grounds, visitors must register with the ship's store upon arrival, pay a daily access fee per vehicle, and obtain a daily parking permit that must be visible at all times. Violators will have their vehicles towed at the owner's expense.

Groups and events are always welcome. Please call us with the dates of your event and approximate headcount. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance.

Rules

• Use plastic tent stakes only. Metal stakes are not permitted.

• No smoking inside cabins or buildings.

• Guests and visitors must register in the ship's store upon arrival.

• No fireworks.

• No ATVs.

• No pets inside cabins or buildings. Pets must remain on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended. Owners must pick up after their pets. Rottweilers and pit bulls are not permitted on the property.

• Park in designated areas only. Do not block road access or park on the grass.

• Do not drive across RV/tent sites.

• Do not litter or leave food on the ground.

• Marina management must pre-approve all tents pitched beside cabins and RVs.

Minimum Stay

• A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends (Friday & Saturday).

• A 3-night minimum stay is required on the holiday weekends of Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

Rates & Policies

• One RV or tent per site. Rates include four people per site per night. Additional tents and people at the sites must check-in at the ship's store upon arrival. The extra tent costs an additional $10.00/night and this rate includes up to 2 people.

• Charges will be assessed for smoking inside cabins, having pets inside cabins, any property damage, and any missing or damaged inventory (remote controls, fire extinguishers, etc.).

• A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation.

  • If a reservation is made for the Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day holiday weekends, the first night's stay must be paid in advance by credit card and is non-refundable. A 7-day cancellation notice is required for holiday weekends -- guests will be charged for ALL nights reserved if notice is given within this timeframe.

  • Reservations made for non-holiday periods are also held by a deposit of a one night's stay. A 72-hour cancellation notice is required -- guests will be charged for ALL nights reserved if notice is given within this timeframe.

• Taxes and fees are not included in the rates below.

• Discounts are not available during the holidays or regular season. During the off-season, Escapee RV Club and Passport America members will be eligible for a discount when mentioned at the time of reservation. Proof of valid membership will be verified at check-in.
