Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove is a year-round, full-service marina. We offer brokerage services along with dockside service for gas and oil purchases. Visit our ship's store where we sell live bait, tackle, dock boxes, fishing gear, life jackets, apparel, snacks, beverages, ice, maps and more.

Visitors

All visitors must register with the ship's store to obtain a parking permit. Violators will be towed at owner's expense.

Wet Slips

• Wet slips are currently available for lease. Reserve yours while they last!

• Move your boat into a new 40' or 50' slip. Add an optional built-in deck or patio, then decorate with patio furniture, dock boxes, and more.

• Lease term is 12 months minimum. Payments may be made on either a monthly or annual basis.

• New wet slip leases require a $100.00 renewal fee deposit.

• Vessels exceeding the slip length are subject to an additional monthly overage charge of $7.25 per foot.

• Contact the marina manager for special offers, rates, slip availability, optional services that may be available (Wi-Fi, DSL, etc.).

Transient Slips & Tie-Ups

• Enjoy the convenience of keeping your boat or PWCs in a transient wet slip and tie-up during your stay.

• Daily rate is based on the length.

• Advance reservations are required during holidays.

Dry Storage

• Dimensions for dry storage slips are 30 ft. (l) x 10 ft. (w) x 9 ft. (h).

• Lease terms are for 3, 6 and 12 months.

• Rates include a launch permit valid for the duration of your lease term.

Boat Launch

• Each vehicle must pay a launch fee and obtain a permit. Daily permits may be purchased in the ship's store or at the entrance of the marina where the guard booth is located. Annual permits may be purchased in the ship's store only.

• Permits are non-transferrable.

• Ensure permits are visibly displayed in your vehicle at all times. Violators will be towed at owner's expense.

Gas Dock

• Gas, oil, and batteries may be purchased at the ship's store during hours of operation. For after-hours assistance, refer to the contact information posted outside of the ship's store.

Indoor Fishing Barge

• Smoking, alcohol, outside food and drink, and pets are prohibited inside and around the enclosed fishing area.

• Indoor fishing passes, stringers, nets, live bait, beverages and bait buckets may be purchased in the ship's store.

• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Senior citizens fish at no charge every Wednesday.

• Visitors must pay a daily access fee per vehicle and obtain a daily parking permit that must be visible at all times. Violators will have their vehicles towed at the owner's expense.
