NOTES: (1) Call ahead to confirm dock/slip of houseboat. Views can vary. Location subject to change. If you're not used to sleeping on the water or suffer from motion sickness, then you may want to book a land-based cabin instead.(2) Floating cabin reservation does not include fees required to keep a personal vessel (power boat, jet ski, canoe, kayak, etc.) in the waters of the property during your stay. No unauthorized mooring, tie-up, or docking allowed at any time. Contact management for additional fees, requirements, and restrictions. Applies to personal vessels of registered cabin guests listed on reservation only. Proof of insurance, cabin reservation, photo ID, and boater registration info required. (3) Please respect the privacy and be considerate of other boaters around you and on other docks. Do not board other vessels. Keep walkways and docks tidy and free of obstacles and debris. Keep music and noise to a minimum. (4) Life jackets are provided on houseboat.
RESTRICTIONS: (1) A floating cabin (houseboat) is docked in the marina and may not leave the assigned space. It is not eligible for hire as a rental boat, for hosting group events or meetings, or for any day-use activities. Access to the dock and houseboat restricted to the registered occupants listed on reservation. No more than two people may occupy the floating cabin at any one time. No visitors permitted on dock or floating cabin. No pets allowed on dock or floating cabin. (3) No open grills or flames allowed on boat dock or any floating cabin. (4) No smoking allowed on docks or any floating cabin deck or interior.(5) No running, yelling, or horseplay permitted on dock or cabin. (6) No swimming near dock, slip, or floating cabin. (7) No fishing allowed from dock walkway, occupied slips, open slips.(8) No littering, food scraps, waste, trash, butts, cans, or wrappers may be discarded overboard or on docks. Refer to the property map for area trash dumpsters and fish cleaning station.
