Payment
for accessing or using any of the facilities at Lake
Whitney Marina along with payments for
services provided are due upfront and in full. We do not
accept partial payments, IOUs, run tabs, or accept store
charges.
Refusal to pay for
services at the time they are rendered, departing the property
without paying for services, or failure to pay for accessing or using facilities or
services at Lake Whitney Marina is considered "theft of
service", according to
Texas Penal Code 31.04.
Other
examples include but are not
limited to:

Refusal to pay for a
service at the time it is rendered, such as repairs.

Launching or hauling out any vessels or paddlecraft
on the property before paying the required daily
fees in full before accessing or using any
facilities.

Departing the property without paying for services, such as campsite
fees or cabin rent.

Unauthorized use of
any service or connection to water, convenience electric, or shore power
on docks.

Unauthorized use or connection to any electrical
service assigned to a particular dockage space other than the one
assigned to you and your vessel.

Tampering with or bypassing any electrical meters in
any way; breaking, damaging, or picking locks; or
turning on power that's been turned off by local
utility personnel or the owners of Lake Whitney
Marina.

Unauthorized use of
any service or connection to convenience electric
outlets provided in dry storage.

Unauthorized use of
any service or connection to water, electric, or
sewer hookup at any cabin, campsite, or other
pedestal on the property.

Unauthorized access or use of the RV dump station.
-
Unauthorized access or use of the marine vessel
pumpout station.
-
Occupying
additional cabins, campsites, or rental
RVs that you did not reserve and pay Lake Whitney
Marina for prior to entering any campground area.

Exceeding the occupancy limit of the number of
registered guests specified in
the rate for a cabin, campsite, or rental RV.
Violators are subject to being reported to local law
enforcement.
