COMMENTS & CONCERNS: Any comments, concerns, problems, or issues must be brought to the direct and immediate attention of management, and prior to check-out and/or departing the property.

HOLIDAYS: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day

SEASONS: Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove operates year-round. The seasons include Spring & Summer (March 1 – September 30) and Fall & Winter (October 1 – February 28).

CHECK-IN: Cabin and campsite check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in, if available, is subject to additional fees. Cabin keys are issued and released to the credit card holder listed on the reservation.

CHECK-OUT: Cabin and campsite check-out time is 12pm. All cabins and campsites must be vacated before check-out time; an additional charge of one night's stay will be incurred for each cabin and campsite with a delayed check out. Overnight boat slip rentals must be vacated by check-out time to avoid additional fees and charges.

CREDIT CARDS: Lake Whitney Marina accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. Only the credit card holder listed on the reservation may authorize changes, cancellations, or additional charges. Cabin keys are issued and released to the credit card holder listed on the reservation.

DEPOSITS: A reservation is held by a credit card only. A deposit of the first night's stay plus applicable taxes and fees is required and charged to a credit card at time of reservation; full payment is due when a reservation is made within seven (7) days of check-in date. Reservations accepted up to a year in advance.

PAYMENT: Payment for all nights booked along with other outstanding balances must be paid in full upon arrival on check-in date and prior to occupying a site or receiving a cabin key.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancel reservations by calling the marina during business hours. Reservations must be cancelled at least thirty (30) or more days prior to your check-in date to avoid forfeiture of your deposit and any payments. Deposits are non-transferable from one party/reservation to another party/reservation. NO SHOW - Failure to cancel a reservation AND occupy the booked cabin or site on the check-in date results in a charge for the entire stay. HOLIDAYS – All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable. Any holiday reservation not cancelled at least sixty (60) or more days prior to the check-in date results in a charge for the entire stay.

CHANGES: Requests to modify an existing reservation are not guaranteed and subject to availability; call the marina during business hours with requests. Reservation changes may result in higher rates, additional fees, deposits, and/or advance payments. A reservation may not be modified after check-in. HOLIDAYS - Holiday reservations cannot be modified; refer to the Holiday Cancellation Policy and the Refunds Policy for more information.

REFUNDS: Refunds or credits will not be issued for any reason including, but not limited to, weather, no shows, lake conditions, buyer's remorse, early departures, rule or policy violations, service interruptions, maintenance issues, third-party events, Acts of God, or unforeseen events.

DISCOUNTS: Discounts must be mentioned at the time of reservation; they are subject to availability and management approval. Discounts cannot be combined or used with any other offer or discount. Retroactive discounts are not provided. No discounts available on weekends; for groups; during special events; during the Spring/Summer Season; or during Holidays.

ESCAPEES RV CLUB & PASSPORT AMERICA - Discounts on select campsites are subject to availability and available only to active members of "Escapees RV Club" or "Passport America" when staying consecutive nights between Sunday and Thursday during the Fall/Winter Season only. Discounts are not available at any other time. Advance reservations are required. To be eligible for one of these discounts: (1) a valid membership number must be provided at the time of reservation; (2) proof-of-membership along with matching photo identification must be presented together at check-in; and (3) the proof-of-membership and photo identification must match the name listed on the reservation. Other restrictions apply.

RATES: Call the marina during business hours for current rates and availability. Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice or obligation, and may vary by season, day, length of stay, size of party, type of cabin or site, or availability. Outdated information may appear online or in print without notice of any change and not intended as final quote. Management retains the right to refuse or cancel any reservation with incorrect pricing, or information listed or provided, due to typographical error, or any other error or reason.

NON-SMOKING: All cabins, floating cabins, facilities, boat docks, and buildings are non-smoking; use of tobacco products in these areas is strictly prohibited. Additional fees and charges may be assessed for rule or policy violations, repairs, damages, cleaning, odors, and/or restoration of areas to non-smoking/tobacco-free condition. Discard extinguished cigarette butts in proper receptacles only; do not litter.

PETS: Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove is pet-friendly. Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times, for keeping their pets under control, for picking up after their pets, and for providing adequate food, water, and shelter. Pets may not be left unattended on the property, on boat docks, inside parked vehicles, at campsites, or left outside cabins or buildings; pets may not be tied-up or otherwise restrained outdoors and then left unattended. PETS ON THE PROPERTY - Prior to arrival on the property, pet owners' are responsible for contacting management and requesting approval to bring a given pet onto the property. Unfriendly, aggressive or vicious dogs are strictly prohibited; no pit bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, or mixed-breeds. Violators will have to remove the given pet(s) from the property immediately upon management's request; violators may also be subject to immediate ejection from the property and without refund at management's discretion. PETS INSIDE CABINS - Individuals with cabin reservations are responsible for contacting management prior to check-in requesting approval for a given pre-approved pet to enter or occupy a given cabin; crated or not. A cabin pre-approved to have a pet is charged a NON-REFUNDABLE and mandatory pet fee per cabin. This is a FEE assessed per cabin and it is NOT a deposit. This fee is independent of, and in addition to, any charges that may be incurred by the primary occupants of the given cabin reservation(s), the pet owner(s), and/or the responsible parties for repairs, damages, stains, deep cleaning, odor removal, saliva, pet hair removal, and/or restoration of any areas to a pet-free condition. The primary occupant of a cabin that's not pre-approved for pets or for the specific pet will be charged a significant financial penalty if there are any signs a pet was present or observed by management, staff, or third party; the primary occupants of the particular cabin or building listed on the reservation or the pet owners will be liable and responsible for damages, loss, repairs, cleaning, or missing items.

MINIMUM STAY: Two (2) night minimum stay required for all cabins and campsites. HOLIDAYS: Three (3) night minimum stay required for all cabins and campsites during holidays.

MINIMUM AGE: Renting a cabin or campsite is a contract; the primary occupant of any cabin or campsite must be of legal age to enter a binding agreement. Minimum age to rent a campsite is 18. Minimum age to rent a cabin is 21. Valid photo identification required at check-in.

REGISTRATION: Visitors, vehicles, boat trailers, and vessels must be registered with Lake Whitney Marina upon arrival on the property. All fees and tags are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unauthorized vehicles, trailers, or vessels may be reported to law enforcement, subject to being towed at owner's expense and without notice, or charged storage fees. No trespassing. No loitering. No overnight visitors permitted. Visitors and registered cabin/campsite guests must display a valid tag at all times while on the property.

FEES FOR ENTRY & FACILITIES: Daily fees are required and due upon arrival on the property. Fees and hours vary, and are subject to change. Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, due in full, and required in advance; violators will be reported to law enforcement.

PARKING: Park in designated areas only. Parking lots are located near the ship's store and boat ramp. Boat trailers along with vehicles towing boat trailers may park in the "Boat Ramp Parking Lot" only; do not block gates, roadways, or ramps. Parking is available on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. Parking is not guaranteed at a cabin or campsite. Overflow parking available. No overnight visitor parking.

GROUPS: Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove is privately-owned and operated. Group coordinators or leaders must contact management prior to planning activities, gatherings, events, reunions, retreats, meetings, tournaments, or accommodations. The property is not available for the exclusive use by any group. No group discounts available. Some policies may vary with groups. Contact management for details.
