Are you looking for a place where your group can meet up for one or more days during your cabin/campsite stay at Lake Whitney Marina? Book the meeting room! It's available seven days a week during daytime hours (8am-5pm). It's centrally-located on the property and within walking distance of campsites and cabins (view property map).

Advance reservations are required. The room is rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. Day visitors who are interested in accessing and/or renting the meeting room must contact management for pre-approval. Access to room or rental of meeting room does not include use of other facilities or services on the property. Entry/parking fees required per day. Use of other facilities requires additional fee; fees vary by facility (boat ramp, water rec area, indoor fishing, etc.).

Name: Day Use Meeting Room

Description: One room, 1BA, kitchen

Maximum Occupancy: Call. Indoor seating for up to 25 people. Outdoor seating varies.

One room building with cooking facilities and private bathroom. Kitchen with single sink, coffee maker, microwave, full-size refrigerator with freezer, cooktop with gas burners, and oven. Air conditioning. Heat. Shaded deck with picnic tables. Charcoal grill and picnic tables beside building. Limited parking available. Room is non-smoking only. No pets allowed inside. No evening access, overnight stays, or overnight storage permitted.

Meeting room rate includes up to a specific number of vehicles and up to a maximum number of occupants, which may not be exceeded.
Daily rate for meeting room does not include taxes and fees of 8%. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.

Additional charges and fees can be assessed for exceeding what's included with the base rate; violating rules or policies (pets, non-smoking areas, cleaning and trash, check-in or check-out times, etc.); property damages and repairs; lost or missing items; day visitor entry fees along with applicable day use facility fees; excessive use of utilities; use of facilities or services on the property; parking, using, or otherwise occupying areas you did not reserve and pay for at check-in.
